This agreement is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the buyer through the website.
3. Product Information
The basic features, prices (including VAT), and quantities of the ordered products are stated on the order confirmation screen and in the order summary sent by email.
4. Payment
The order amount is collected according to the selected payment method. All prices are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT.
5. Delivery
The products are shipped within the specified production/delivery period after order confirmation. If the delivery address is incorrect, responsibility belongs to the buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (Article 49/f of the Law).
7. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized.
